If you have upgraded Telligent Community 6.0 to 7.0, you just need to overwrite the previous Job Scheduler files. If you are upgrading to Telligent Community 7.0 from version prior to 6.0, you will need to remove and reinstall Job Scheduler with the current release's version.

The Telligent Job Scheduler is used in release 7.0 to run the service tasks. In the event that you need to remove a community, you will need to remove the service.

  1. Navigate to Windows Control Panel > Programs and Features.
  2. Select Telligent Job Scheduler.
  3. Click Uninstall. This will remove all files added by the installer. The directory may still be left in the system (default c:/program files (x86)/Telligent/Job Scheduler). It is safe to delete this directory.
