In 7.5, the Tags to Filter Aggregate RSS and and Use Post Summary settings were added to this tab.
The Default Presentation Control Panel applet allows you to specify site-wide presentation options for the blogs in your community. You can enable presentation settings for all of your blogs - such as enabling themes, setting default themes, or enabling post counts.
To set the blog presentation properties:

Navigate to Control Panel Dashboard > System Administration > Blog Administration > Configuration > Default Presentation.

Specify the Default Presentation page properties:

Enable Themes - Allows users who have blogs on your Web site to select a blog theme from the available themes on the site.

Enable Theme Configuration - Blog owners can customize their blog theme if customizable options are available for the selected theme.

Default Theme - Theme applied to the blog when the blog is created.

Aggregate RSS Post Count - Maximum number of blog posts on the blog aggregate page and blog aggregate RSS feed.
- Tags to Filter Aggregate RSS - (7.5) Tags to be used in the community aggregate blogs RSS feed.

Individual Blog RSS Post Count - Maximum number of blog posts allowed on the blog home page.
- Use Post Summary - (7.5) - Show an excerpt of each blog post rather than the full blog post within RSS feeds, activity stream, email, and blog post lists. (Blog authors can override in blog post settings.)
- RSS Post Excerpt Size - Number of characters from each post to display in RSS feeds that render excepts.
