Some forum properties are available only in the forum editing mode. When you create a forum, you can set the forum basic and advanced properties.

You cannot set the forum permissions and embeddable threads properties until you access the forum through the editing functionality.

To edit a forum:

  1. Navigate to Control Panel Dashboard > System Administration > Forum Administration > Forums and Groups > Forms. The list of existing forums displays in the workspace.

  2. Click Edit to open the forum.

  3. Navigate to the page you want to edit (Basic, Advanced, Permissions, or Embed).

  4. Click Save to apply your changes.
