Telligent Community 7.0 has a new Blog - Post Tags widget available in the Enterprise theme that displays the tags contained in that blog post.
To edit a blog tag, you must be able to write a blog post. (In other words, you must be one of the blog's owners.) With this ability, you are then able to edit tags directly from your blog post or through your Control Panel.

Open your blog post.

- Click Edit tags. A tag dialog box appears.

You can rename, add, or remove tags.

Rename or edit the tag by typing over it in the text field and clicking Save.

Add a tag by clicking Select Tags. A dialog box then appears listing the tags that have already been used.

Select (or deselect) the check box for the desired tag and click OK, then Save. The tag display changes beneath the blog post.
- Click OK.
Edit tags from the Control Panel Write page

In the blog post listing Options area, click Edit this post. The Write page appears. The Tags field is located at the bottom of the window.
