In Telligent Community 7.0, the term "favorite" has been replaced with "bookmark" in the Enterprise theme.

When you navigate to your group files, you may see an Options panel on the media gallery Home Page or post page that gives you capabilities for that media gallery or post. Here are common functionalities for a media gallery owner who can create and edit posts.

 Description
Add this file to favorites Favorites this post. It appears in the favorites listed on your profile.
Create new media gallery Opens the gallery Settings tab with the default options enabled for a new media gallery. You can add a name, select a Web address, specify owner(s), enable or disable the gallery, specify whether to index files in search, choose the kind of post view displayed in the gallery, and select the default language. You can't, however, change the gallery's group or navigate to any other kinds of setting tabs.
Delete Delete media gallery post.
Download file Download a local copy of a file. You may have to accept a disclaimer before you can download.
Edit Edit the media gallery post, including substituting a different file or version for the present file.
Edit media gallery Opens the gallery Settings tab, where you can rename the gallery and change its Web address; add or remove owners; change its group; enable or disable it; specify whether or not search should index files, what kind of post view is shown in the gallery, and its default language. You can also navigate from here to the Options, Permissions, and Quotas tabs.
Favorite this gallery Adds this gallery to the favorites listed on your profile.
Manage media gallery Opens the gallery Write tab in Control Panel where you can upload a file, review comments, or select file options for the gallery like file moderation, new file notifications, enabling ratings and comments, moderating comments, and enabling comment notifications. You can also navigate from here to the media gallery Manage tab and Settings tab.
New post Opens the Upload/edit file form, with post creation (or editing) capabilities outlined here.

Share Opens a private message window containing this link that you can send to another community member.
Subscribe to this file Receive any comments to this file at the email address you supplied when you joined the community.
View all files View a thumbnail or list view of all files contained in the media gallery.
