The Options tab of the forum Create/edit post window gives you advanced post capabilities such as attaching a file, featuring the post, locking out replies, or making it sticky.

The following table describes the thread Options tab items.

| File attachment |
Click the link to attach or link to a file, such as a database file or photo, from your thread. |
| Locked: Do not allow replies |
Selecting this check box inhibits any further replies. |
| Make post a featured item |
Selecting this check box makes the item appear on the Featured Content widget. |
| Stickiness |
Here, you can select how long you want the thread to remain at the top of the forum (that is, sticky), or you can select the Not sticky option. |
