The hotfixes are cumulative, meaning that the more recent hotfix will contain fixes incorporated in previous hotfixes. October 10, 2012: build 7.0.1.29118

  • 22564 - The Users - Top Quality Author Groups widget (titled "Groups in which __ is a top author" and typically located on a user profile's Groups page) now takes into account content authored by all role members and joinless group users when calculating content quality scores.
  • 23179 - When an author of a reported abusive (hidden) blog post comment seeks to appeal the report via email link, he/she no longer receives an "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" error.
  • 23168 - @ Mentions now work correctly if you backspace over a mistake and retype the user name. For example, if you type in a username that has no suggested match (such as with a typing mistake); backspace over the mistake; and start typing again, the lookup will resume searching for and providing matching user names.
  • 22990 - When a comment is reported as abusive and is hidden, the comment count decrements to reflect that the comment has been removed.
  • 19728 - Large file uploads to a UNC central file store no longer time out. Several changes were made to improve the file upload process: (1) Made file chunk size increase or reduce as necessary, adjusting to available bandwidth; (2) Corrected a recursion for ImageFileViewer and made multiple file upload use a more direct upload mechanism; (3) Changed blog and forum attachments in REST and in-process to put files directly in the post attachments store.
  • 22670 - When accessing from behind an SSL offload appliance, users see content URLs (such as on the Favorite Content List widget) displayed as https:// rather than http://. The SSL security is relative to the appliance where the request is originating, not to the content itself - which the server may be accessing by http:// or https:// according to its absolute URL.
  • 23081 - After performing an upgrade to 7.0/4.0, links to wiki page titles containing special characters work properly. Previously, such a link could open the Add wiki page window.
  • 23802 - Scripts can be no longer be executed in tags on post pages.
  • 22594 - In order to improve Activity Story Stream paging performance, maximum entry values of 48 hours and/or two iterations were hard-coded into the paging behavior. Note that in some cases, this might cause the Activity Story Stream to only load a few stories at a time, requiring the user to scroll down for more stories.
  • 24745 - Code in the $core_v2_tags.List widget API ContentTypeIds option was corrected to prevent causing a SQL exception.
  • 24746 - The $core_v2_tags.Set widget API $core_v2_tags.Set($contentId, $contentTypeId, $tags)) and $core_v2_tags.Set($contentId, $contentTypeId, $tags, "%{TypeId = $typeIdArg}")) extensions no longer cause a widget to throw a "content does not exist" error or keep a widget from displaying.
  • 24738 - A background job for Salesforce (Telligent.Evolution.Extensions.Salesforce.Jobs.DelayedEscalationJob) no longer raises the "QueryThreadsNewerThan is not a parameter for procedure te_Forum_Threads_GetThreadSet" error in the Exceptions log.
  • 25336 - The User - Hover widget "Recent activity" link no longer causes an exception when clicked.
  • 25407 - Unexpected errors occurring inside the content view buffering service will no longer crash the site.
  • 23150 - The Generic Content widget can now accept very long HTML text strings. 
  • 22974 - When Account Activation is set to email (Control Panel Dashboard > System Administration > Membership Administration > Configuration > Account Settings > Registration Settings), users created through REST will receive welcome emails (unless SendEmail=false is set).
  • 25708 - Explicitly denying a group/role permission and then denying another permission for the group no longer causes the first-denied permission to be overwritten. For example, if you deny a permission (move from right to left); click Save, and repeat the denial for a different permission, the first denied permission does not return as granted but remains denied.
  • 25722 - Deleting an author's abusive, hidden forum reply now works correctly, notifying the author of the delete reason and executing the post deletion. Previously, clicking the post Delete button might not have sent the author a notification or deleted the post, and the abuse manager might have stayed on the same page.

  • 22738 - Enterprise Theme - Group Membership List doesn't enable changing membership type.
  • 22737 - Enterprise Theme - Media Gallery - File widget incorrect link.
  • 22713 - French Lang Pack: Unable to select "ALL" on manage widget page.
  • 22702 - Encrypted cookie auth: Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'PK_cs_Security_UserRoles'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.cs_Security_UserRoles'.
  • 22671 - Display the CreatedDate of an activity story instead of its UpdatedDate in the stream.
  • Favorite content widget uses http instead of https when page is https.
  • 22668 - Flag is not a hyperlink in Q/A forum email template.
  • 22617 - Video inserted in TinyMCE is not displayed while editing.
  • 22596 - Need to delete content (and child content) from index when abusive content is hidden.
  • 22585 - IE8, 7 - Appeal queue looks inaccurate.
  • 22575 - Abuse Service - Incorrect variables in all emails.
  • 22551 - Abuse Service - User with Manage Abuse permission can't edit, unlock and view history for abused wiki page.
