I have the following scenario:

- Current Telligent Enterprise 2.0 installation working fine.

- I upgrade to 2.5

- Everything looks fine, but I can't  the wysiwyg menu bar in text editors for users who have selected "Enhanced" editor in their profile settings. I've tried in Firefox and IE 8. In IE 8 I get a javascript error:

- The theme used is Evolution 2 (the one which came by default in TE 2.0)

Any suggestions?

    I'd say that either some of the javascript files have not being upgraded properly, or your browsers have cached some bad javascript.

    Try clearing your browser cache, and if that fails, delete your existing /tinymce/ folder and replace it with the one included in the download.  If this does solve the problem then there may be other miscopied files so I would suggest recopying *all* the instalation files across.

    Hi Alex, thanks for your reply.

    It's not a problem with the browser's cache, because I've cleared it in our machines and the menu is still not showing in any of them.

    I've copied again the files and then I've made a comparison of the folder containing the upgrade package and my TE installation folder. Except for the config files, they are identical.

    Any other suggestions?

    I am having the same problem tried the suggestions and nothing, any other options? It was working a week ago...
