Hi,

We have Telligent Enterprise 2.6.583.22881 using microsoft windows authentication.  I need to remove users tied to employees who have left the company.  I want to reclaim the user license these old employees take up, but I don't want to remove their name form posts that they made in the past.

So I know I can delete a user and reassign all posts to anonymous, but how can i "deactivate" a user, reclaim their license and stil have the users name show up for their posts.

    Hi Steven, unfortunately in 2.6 you cannot "deactivate" a user and have them not be counted in the licensing check.  In 3.0 the count was changed to not include "disapproved" users.
