By default, when users create blogs, they become the blog owners. However, Telligent Enterprise allows you to specify multiple users as blog owners.

     Assign multiple authors

    You can specify multiple sign-in names when you create a blog or by editing an existing blog. The following procedure describes how to add multiple sign-in names to an existing blog.

    1. Navigate to Control Panel Dashboard > System Administration > Blog Administration > Blogs. The list of blogs displays.

    2. Click Edit to open the blog for which you want to add multiple sign-in names. The Blog Setup page displays.

    3. Add the user sign-in names in the Authors data field.

    4. Click Save to apply the settings.

    Assign users' permissions

    1. If necessary, create the new user role.

    2. Then navigate to Control Panel > Dashboard > System Administration > Blog Administration > Blogs. The list of blogs displays.

    3. Click Edit to open the blog for which you want to add multiple sign-in names. The Blog Setup page displays.

    4. Select the Permissions tab.

    5. Select the user role in the Role drop-down list.

    6. Specify the user permissions.

    7. Click Save to apply the settings. The user displays in the list in the workspace.
