By default, when users create blogs, they become the blog owners. However, Telligent Enterprise allows you to specify multiple users as blog owners.
Assign multiple authors
You can specify multiple sign-in names when you create a blog or by editing an existing blog. The following procedure describes how to add multiple sign-in names to an existing blog.

Navigate to Control Panel Dashboard > System Administration > Blog Administration > Blogs. The list of blogs displays.

Click Edit to open the blog for which you want to add multiple sign-in names. The Blog Setup page displays.

Add the user sign-in names in the Authors data field.

Click Save to apply the settings.
Assign users' permissions

If necessary, create the new user role.
- Then navigate to Control Panel > Dashboard > System Administration > Blog Administration > Blogs. The list of blogs displays.

Click Edit to open the blog for which you want to add multiple sign-in names. The Blog Setup page displays.

Select the Permissions tab.

Select the user role in the Role drop-down list.

Specify the user permissions.

Click Save to apply the settings. The user displays in the list in the workspace.
