In Telligent Enterprise 3.0, you can enable registered users to subscribe to daily or weekly summaries of group activity. (Registered users do this using the Group Banner widget or the Settings > Email tab.)

Email Digest must be enabled in order for registered users to see Email Digest settings.

Registered users can manage their subscriptions from their Settings page.

  1. Navigate to Control Panel Dashboard > System Administration > Site Administration > Site Configuration > Setup > Email Settings.
  2. For Enable Email Digest, select Yes. (This is the default setting.) If you want to disable this ability for users, select No.

  3. Click Save. When Email Digest is enabled, registered viewers see digest options on the Group Banner widget and Settings > Email tab.
