Use the following procedure to disable activity logging across the entire Web site. When you disable the activity logging functionality, Telligent Enterprise does not capture activity messages. If you disable logging and later re-enable it, activity messages are only captured from the point of re-enablement.
To enable or disable site-wide activity logging:

Navigate to Control Panel Dashboard > System Administration > Site Administration > Site Configuration > Setup > General Site Settings.

Disable the Enable Activity Logging property.

Click Save to apply the settings.
