Based on the site-wide spam properties and blog spam properties, Telligent Enterprise will not publish any blog content that has been marked as spam; instead, you must approve it, or de-spam it, so it can be published, or delete it.

To manage blog spam content:

  1. Click the name of the blog in the Blog list.

  2. Click Edit blog settings in the Options panel.

  3. Navigate to Manage > Spam. The list of spam content displays in the center of the page. 
  4. Select an item and click De-spam to publish it or Delete. When the list refreshes, the item you published or deleted will no longer display in the spam list.
