When you post a new status message in Telligent Enterprise Mobile 2.0, you're taken directly to the activity stream to view the new message.

Community members can stay up-to-the-minute on each others' status through microblogging via the experience for Telligent Enterprise Mobile. You can post your status from any location within the mobile experience by clicking on the status button on the right side of the navigation bar. You can view status of your friends and other community members from two locations:

  • Activity (statuses for everyone you are following in the community)
  • Group Activity (statuses of members of a group)

Post your status for all your followers to see

  1. From the top level of the community (not within any group), click the Status button. . The status message window appears.
  2. Type your entry in the Update your status message field.



  3. Click Post.
    Your status appears in the activity stream for all community participants who are following you.

Post your status for a particular group

  1. From any location within a group, click the Status button. . The status message window appears.
  2. Type your entry in the Update group status message field.
  3. Click Post.
    Your status appears in the activity stream for all group members.

Reply to others' status

  1. View a status message in the Activity/All screen.




  2. Click the comment balloon beside the status. The Reply dialog window appears.

  3. Type a reply in the Reply field.

  4. Click Post. The reply appears when the comment balloon is clicked.



    Note that you can reply to status from this screen.
