Deleting a blog post also deletes all comments made on the post. When you delete a blog, you cannot recover it. So use this functionality with caution.
To delete a blog post
- First, put the blog into edit mode. You can use the Edit Blog Settings in the Options widget when on your blog home page or when viewing any blog post within your blog. The Options widget title is configurable, so it may have another name.
- Navigate to Manage > Posts. The list of posts displays in the posts list. If your blog has a large number of posts, you can use the filter criteria to help you find the blog you want. You can filter by the month the post was published or by post tags. You can also filter the posts by publication status:
- Click Delete. Click OK in the confirmation message that is displayed. The posts list is refreshed and the deleted blog post is no longer visible.
