In Telligent Enterprise 3.0, the Control Panel Member Search page (Control Panel Dashboard > System Administration > Membership Administration > Members and Roles > Manage users > [User name] > results) redirects to SSL when SSL is enabled in communityserver.config as SSL="password". (However, you would change the setting in the communityserver_override.config file, not directly in the communityserver.config file.)
