Release 4.0 features the new Scoring service, which accurately reflects many facets of user, content, and post quality as well as feedback.
User performance provides you with a way to measure how active your users are on your site. One way is tracking membership points based on the factors enabled in the Control Panel. The other is through user rankings. Telligent Enterprise allows you to control how users are ranked by creating customized user ranks and enabling the rank display properties.
If you have enabled the user ranking feature, Telligent Enterprise displays the user's rank when your cursor hovers over a user name.
You can set properties to display any of the following:
- A customized avatar indicating the rank the user has attained.
- Name of the rank the user has attained rather than the customized avatar.
