Tags are incorporated into the Tag social service.
As you build your community site, you may want to separate a post from a tag. For example, you might determine that a tag is misleading for the post content.
Telligent Enterprise gives you the option of separating a single post or multiple posts from a tag without deleting the tag.
To remove tags from posts:

Navigate to Control Panel Dashboard > Forums Moderation > Tags > Moderate Tags. The list of tags and number of posts containing the tags are displayed.

Click the numeral in the Posts column to display a tag moderation page.

Select the check box for each post in the list from which you are removing the tag and click Delete. The post is removed from the that tag's count.
