Access the RSS Options page to set syndication properties for the media gallery. You can enable RSS syndication for the media gallery and syndicate media gallery by tags, which are used as keywords in RSS syndication.

To set RSS options:

  1. Navigate to Control Panel Dashboard > My Media Galleries > [gallery name] > Settings > RSS Options.

  2. Set the RSS Options properties:

    • Publish RSS for files - If checked, enables RSS syndication for all of the media gallery's files. If you disable the Publish RSS for files property after having previously enabled it, sites and users who had previously subscribed to the gallery will retain their feeds.

    • Publish RSS for keywords/tags - If checked, enables RSS syndication for the media gallery content using tags and keywords. If you disable the Publish RSS for keywords/tags property, users cannot subscribe to the media gallery even if RSS is enabled at the site level because the RSS syndication option will not be available to the user.

  3. Click Save to apply the settings.

  • Gallery Setup properties - Access the Gallery Setup page to modify the media gallery title and description.
  • Media file options - Access the File Options page to files properties for the gallery.
  • Presentation - Access the Presentation page to set the view type default for your gallery files.
