The Applications page is part of the site configuration workflow. Telligent Enterprise supports the following applications and features:

Enabling or disabling applications on the Applications page does not affect group-level applications, which are controlled by group owners.

When you disable an application, you restrict user access to the application at the site root level so that only administrators have access to them. Users will only see a page informing them that the application has been disabled. The navigation links to the applications, which are normally displayed in the browser address bar, will also not be viewable.

To enable or disable site-wide applications:

  1. Navigate to Control Panel Dashboard > System Administration > Site Administration > Site Configuration > Setup > Applications.

  2. Locate the application(s) you want to change and select Yes to enable the application or No to disable it.

  3. Click Save to apply the settings.
