In Telligent Enterprise, Job Scheduler's log is turned on by default. It starts or stops when Job Scheduler itself is started or stopped. The log file is called errors.log and is located in the folder where you installed Job Scheduler.
Telligent Job Scheduler runs as a background service in Windows. It can be started, stopped, or restarted using the Services application.
