In the Enterprise theme, the term "favorite" is frequently replaced by "bookmark."

You can add bookmarks in order to quickly reach content and places in the Web community you access repeatedly, or want to have quick access to. You can bookmark groups and content.

If desired, you can also remove a bookmark.

Add to bookmarks

When you browse a group or application you like within the community, look for the Add bookmark link so you can store the link on your Dashboard and return to the site as you need to. You also share your bookmarks on the Bookmarks tab of your profile. (If you want remove a group or post bookmark, the bookmark link has turned into a Remove bookmark link after being bookmarked.)

Bookmark link for a group or application home page

Add bookmark link on post page

  • Bookmark a group from the group home page or from one of its applications. For example, you could bookmark the Sample group from its group home page, or you you could click the Bookmark link in just its blog tab and thus add the group to your bookmarks. After marking the group from the blog tab, you would only see its group on your bookmarks (on the Groups tab).
  • Bookmark a single post or thread from the post page. For example, if the Sample group forum contains a thread named "Birds," you can click on that thread and click the Add bookmark link at the top of the page. You would see this thread listed on your profile Bookmarks > Forums tab.

View your bookmarks

You can view your bookmarks by clicking the Bookmarks link in your user profile. Bookmarks are tabbed by everything, applications and groups. You can click on any item in the list to navigate to the selected place.

Remove a bookmark

After you have bookmarked content or a group, the Bookmark icon on that page turns orange and says Remove from bookmarks. Click that link. The bookmark is also removed from your profile Bookmarks tab.
