Configure the Forums - Browse Forums widget

The Forums - Browse Forums widget lists the forums, their groups, their posts, and their latest posts so that you can select which one to read or respond to.

To configure the Forums - Browse Forums widget:

1. Add the Forums - Browse Forums widget to your theme.

2. Specify the widget properties in the Options tab:

   • Widget Title - A new name for the widget.
   • Title check box - Specify whether or not to list the forum titles.
   • Group check box - Specify whether or not to list the forum groups.
   • Posts check box - Specify whether or not to list the post titles.
   • Last Post check box - Specify whether or not to list the latest post in the forum.
   • Show data from Group and all Subgroups check box - Specify whether or not to show subgroup forums.
   • Items to show before scrolling - The number of forum items to show in the window before scrolling becomes necessary to view more.
   • Default sort order:
     • Application name
       
     • Posts
     • Last post
   • Include current group's name in Title (Title must be a formatted string with a {0} placeholder check box
     
   • Include search box check box
     

3. Telligent Evolution applies the widget properties after you click Save to save the changes to the theme.
