The mass email function allows you to send an email to all users assigned to a specific user role.

To send mass emails:

  1. Navigate to Control Panel Dashboard > System Administration > Site Administration > Tools > Send Mass Email.

     

  2. Select the user role from the Recipients drop-down list.

  3. Complete your subject and message.

  4. Click Send to send your email to the selected users.
