Telligent Evolution lists all of the forum posts that require moderation on the Forums to Moderate page.You can enable the moderation notification setting so that you do not have to periodically check the page for posts requiring moderation. Telligent Evolution notifies you via email when posts are queued in moderation list.

To moderate posts:

  1. Navigate to Control Panel Dashboard > Forums Moderation > Posts.

  2. Click the forum you want to moderate in the Forums to Moderate list. The list of forum posts displays in the workspace.

  3. The moderating action buttons appear across the top and bottom of the page.

  4. Specify the moderating action you want to take for the post:

    • Approve - Approve the post.

    • Approve & View - Approve the post and view the post.

    • Delete - Delete the post.

    • Join - Merge the threads of multiple posts. The Join functionality displays only if the post has multiple threads or has been previously split. If the thread has been joined, the Split Post button displays instead of the Join button.

    • Move - Move the post to a different forum.

    • Edit User - Edit the user profile.

    • Moderate/Unmoderate User - Change whether the user is moderated or unmoderated. If the Moderate User button displays, the user is currently unmoderated, and vice versa.
