| Wikis - Add Comment |
This is the form that allows users to comment on wiki articles.

Wikis - Banner top |
Purpose: Displays the top banner on a wiki page. Includes the wiki title and common links, such as Subscribe.

Wikis - Breadcrumbs top |
In Telligent Evolution 5.6, the revision number was matched to history.
Purpose: Displays wiki breadcrumbs. The breadcrumbs are normally at the top of the page and provide users a visual display of their location within the Web site.

Wikis - Browse Wikis top |
In Telligent Evolution 5.6, it became impossible to have a page size below 1; issues with application search were addressed, and the property used in browse widgets was changed from "Items to show before scrolling" to "Page size."
Purpose: Displays a browse control that allows users to view all of the wikis on the Web site. You can configure the wiki browse control to wiki titles, post titles, the most recent post, and more.
This widget does not show the search box if it returns three or fewer results (by default). This and all other browse or list widgets are now allowed for group owners. All browse widgets search against application names as well as group names.

Additional configuration options:
- Widget Title - If checked, the wiki title displays in the list. If Show Data from Groups and All Subgroups is unchecked, the list displays only wikis at the site root.
- Show Wiki Name - If checked, displays the names of the wikis.
- Show Wiki Group Name - If checked, the parent group displays.
- Show Post Count - If checked, the number of pages made to the wiki is listed.
- Show Last Update - If checked, the date of the most recent wiki page for each wiki is noted.
- Show Data from Groups and All Subgroups- If checked, displays wikis from the site root, groups, and subgroups.
- Default Sort Order- Applies a sorting filter.
- Application Name- Sorts the wikis in alphabetical order.
- Posts- Sorts the wikis by the greatest number of pages, from most to least.
- Last Post- Sorts the wikis by most recent pages, from the wiki with the most recent to the oldest.
- Include Current Group's Name in Title - The group name is included in the title.
- Include Search Box - Includes word-wheel search capability for wikis.

Wikis - Comment List top |
In Telligent Evolution 5.5, this and all other browse or list widgets became allowed for group owners.
Purpose: Displays the list of user comments made to a wiki.

Wikis - Compare top |
In Telligent Evolution 5.6, this widget was dynamically incorporated and only shows when two versions of a document are being validly compared.
Purpose: Displays a page comparing versions of a wiki page. This functionality is available when the user clicks the History tab and clicks the Compare Versions button. Click here for more information about comparing versions of a wiki.
In the following screen capture of a wiki comparison, the deleted text is shown with a red strike-through line and the inserted text is shown with the green highlight.

In Telligent Evolution 5.6, an issue with not displaying the wiki page was addressed. '
Purpose: Displays the Comment form in which users can comment on a wiki. By default, all OOTB user roles have permission to create comments.

Wikis - Edit Page top |
Purpose: Displays the wiki edit form when you click the Edit tab.
Limitations: This option is available to users with wiki editing privileges.

Wikis - History top |
Purpose: Displays the revision history of a wiki page, from which you can compare versions of the page.

Wikis - Links top |
In Telligent Evolution 5.6, the Edit page and View history tabs were changed to links.
Purpose: Displays common wiki links.
Limitations: The links that display in the list are dependent upon the user's role and permissions.

Wikis - List top |
In Telligent Evolution 5.5, this and all other browse or list widgets became allowed for group owners.
Purpose: Displays the list of wikis on the Web site. The items in the list are active links that will take you to the selected wiki page.

Wikis - Page top |
Purpose: Displays the wiki page, including title and content, and any functionality that is enabled and available to the user roles and permissions.

Wikis - Page Details top |
Purpose: Displays the wiki page details, including author, key dates such as publish date and most recent revision, number of revisions, and number of comments.

Wikis - Page List top |
In Telligent Evolution 5.6, long words were given line breaks.
In Telligent Evolution 5.5, this and all other browse or list widgets became allowed for group owners.
Purpose: Displays the list of wiki pages published in a wiki. The wiki page list includes details about the page, such as the last revision date and author, as well as functionality available to the user based on role and privileges.

Wikis - Page Navigation top |
Purpose: Displays the wiki page navigation tabs.
Limitations: The tabs available to the user are dependent upon the user's role and permissions. For example, only users with wiki editing privileges have access to the Edit tab.

Purpose: Displays a static message stating that the user is viewing an older version of a wiki page.

Wikis - Table of Contents top |
In Telligent Evolution 5.6, the Table of Contents indenting was fixed.
In Telligent Evolution 5.5, the tree-view search was replaced with a word-wheel search, meaning it's possible to select groups, applications, or specific wiki pages more freely. This widget became able to be placed anywhere on the site, and became able to pull from any wiki it has access to instead of only creating a TOC for the wiki home page.
Purpose: Displays the wiki page hierarchy. The user can select an item in the table of contents to navigate to that page.

Wikis - Title top |
In Telligent Evolution 5.6, this widget was added to out-of-the-box Groups and People tabs for the Evolution2 theme configuration.
Purpose: Displays the title of the wiki page on the browser's title bar. The title will also display in browsers supporting multiple tabs.
Limitations: You must have the edit wiki privilege. This title is editable through the wiki editing functionality.
